The following charges were filed from Nov. 22 to Dec. 7 with District Judge Jeffrey L. Herbst. Charges were filed by Monroeville police unless otherwise noted:

• Dejuan Mitchell, 32, of Monroeville with simple assault and harassment. Charges were filed by Pitcairn police Nov. 22 in connection to an incident along the 400 block of Eleanor Street.

• Jose Luis Gutierrez, 23, of Monroeville with harassment and simple assault. Charges were filed Nov. 22 in connection to an incident along the 3900 block of Monroeville Boulevard.

• Thomas William Betker, 38, of Homestead with criminal attempt, loitering and prowling at nighttime and criminal mischief. Charges were filed Nov. 23 in connection to an incident along the 100 block of Monticello Drive.

• Erik David Faulkner, 27, of Penn Hills with disorderly conduct, two counts of robbery and three counts of making terroristic threats. Charges were filed Nov. 24 in connection to an incident along the 2600 block of Mosside Boulvard.

• Albert Dingle, 60, of Pittsburgh with retail theft. The charge was filed Nov. 24 in connection to an incident along the 4000 block of Monroeville Boulevard.

• Carmay Renee Albano, 28, of Pittsburgh with retail theft. The charge was filed Nov. 24 in connection to an incident along the 4000 block of Monroeville Boulevard.

• Chace Jay Cole, 28, of Monroeville with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drugs, carrying a firearm without a license, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Charges were filed Nov. 26 in connection with an incident along the 100 block of Oxford Drive.

Cole was also charged with making a false alarm to a public safety agency Dec. 7 in connection to an incident along the 3900 block of Monroeville Boulevard.

• Joseph Hughes, 27, of Pitcairn with strangulation, harassment, simple assault and resisting arrest. Charges were filed by Pitcairn police Nov. 29 in connection to an incident along the 500 block of Fourth Street.

• Nathan Dennis, 22, of Pitcairn with simple assault. The charge was filed by Pitcairn police Dec. 1 in connection to an incident along the 400 block of Robinson Street.

• Chaqua Renea Locke, 33, of Pitcairn with harassment and simple assault. Charges were filed by Pitcairn police Dec. 3 in connection to an incident along the 300 block of Broadway Boulevard.

• Isaiah Hakeem Davis, 24, of Pitcairn with driving without a license, carrying a firearm without a license and theft by unlawful taking. Charges were filed by Pitcairn police Dec. 3 in connection to an incident along the 700 block of Wall Avenue.

• Justin Turner, 34, of Jenners with possession of heroin. The charge was filed Dec. 7 in connection with an incident along the 4800 block of William Penn Highway.

• Chelsea Nichole Held, 29, of Pitcairn with making terroristic threats and disorderly conduct. Charges were filed Dec. 7 by the Allegheny County Sheriff’s Office in connection to an incident along the 200 block of Highland Avenue in Pitcairn.
