Theft and obstruction cases among recent Monroeville police investigations

Monroeville police filed these charges Feb. 18- 23 in District Judge Jeffrey L. Herbst’s office:

• Keith Scherba Jr., 34, of North Huntingdon with simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and criminal mischief. Charges were filed Feb. 23 in connection with an incident along the 2700 block of Mosside Boulevard.

• Tyera Haynes, 20, of Verona with criminal conspiracy, possession with intent to deliver, possession of controlled substances and registration and certificate of title required. Charges were filed Feb. 22 in connection with an incident along the 2700 block of Mosside Boulevard.

• Louie Rice, 21, of Pittsburgh with criminal use of a communication facility, criminal conspiracy, possession with intent to deliver, tampering with physical evidence and possession of controlled substances. Charges were filed Feb. 22 in connection with an incident along the 2700 block of Mosside Boulevard.

• Rachelle Chesebrough, 36, of New Kensington with possession of controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license. Charges were filed Feb. 22 in connection with an incident along the 4200 block of Northern Pike.

• Sherri Olson, 36, no address given, with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed Feb. 22 in connection with an incident along the 2700 block of Mosside Boulevard.

• Kenkre Barbour, 32, of North Braddock with person not to possess or transfer firearms, carrying a firearm without a license, possession with intent to deliver, possession of instruments of a crime, possession of controlled substances, prohibitions against changing lanes and failure to yield the right-of-way. Charges were filed Feb. 21 in connection with an incident along the 3800 block of William Penn Highway.

• Baile Taylor, 21, of Lower Burrell with receiving stolen property. Charges were filed Feb. 20 in connection with an incident along the 300 block of Mall Circle Drive.

• Lindsey Andolina, 20, of Johnstown with retail theft. Charges were filed Feb. 19 in connection with an incident along the 400 block of Mall Circle Drive.

• James Paul, 62, of Monroeville with simple assault. Charges were filed Feb. 19 in connection with an incident along the 4100 block of William Penn Highway.

• Kimberly Hopf, 28, of Verona with driving under the influence. Charges were filed Feb. 19 in connection with an incident at Garden City Drive and Old William Penn Highway.

• Lamar Carpenter, 38, of Pittsburgh with driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license. Charges were filed Feb. 19 in connection with an incident along the 3600 block of William Penn Highway.

• James Otlano, 59, of New Kensington with providing unsworn falsification to authorities. Charges were filed Feb. 19 in connection with an incident along the 500 block of Mall Circle Drive.

• Willie Todd III, 28, no address given, with accident involving damage to attended vehicle or property, driving with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle without financial responsibility. Charges were filed Feb. 18 in connection with an incident along the 3900 block of Monroeville Boulevard.
