Theft cases among recent Monroeville police investigations

Monroeville police filed the following charges Jan. 4-7 in District Judge Jeffrey L. Herbst’s office:

  • Alexis Davis, 20, of Verona with criminal mischief and harassment. Charges were filed Jan. 4 in connection with an incident along the 4000 block of William Penn Highway.
  • Tenisha Lester, 44, of Pittsburgh with criminal mischief. Charges were filed Jan. 4 in connection with an incident along the 400 block of Mall Circle Drive.
  • Heidi Fey, 42, of East McKeesport with retail theft. Charges were filed Jan. 4 in connection with an incident along the 3600 block of William Penn Highway.
  • Tonya Simpson, 47, of Pittsburgh with retail theft. Charges were filed Jan. 4 in connection with an incident along the 3600 block of William Penn Highway.
  • Justin Carter, 20, of Port Wentworth, Ga. with access device fraud, unlawful use of a computer and theft of property. Charges were filed Jan. 7 in connection with an incident along the 100 block of Seco Road.
