Theft, drugs, assault among charges filed by Monroeville police March 23-30, 2021
The following charges were filed March 23-30, 2021, with Monroeville District Judge Jeffrey L. Herbst. All charges were filed by Monroeville police:
• Robert Carl Harris, 56, of Homestead with theft by deception. The charge was filed March 23 in connection with an incident along the 4200 block of William Penn Highway.
• Alexander Zourelias, 44, of Verona with retail theft. The charge was filed March 24 in connection with an incident along the 4200 block of William Penn Highway.
• Deondre Benjamin Daniels, 33, of Pittsburgh with simple assault, strangulation and theft by unlawful taking. Charges were filed March 24 in connection with an incident along the 100 block of Cambridge Square Drive.
• John R. Jones, 74, of Apollo with causing an accident involving death or personal injury and disobeying traffic control signals. Charges were filed March 24 in connection with an incident at the intersection of William Penn Highway and Northern Pike.
• Vincent W. Donifero, 49, of North Versailles with possession of drugs. The charge was filed March 24 in connection with an incident at the intersection of Mosside and Broadway boulevards.
• Kyle Rider, 30, of Homer City with possession of heroin with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal conspiracy. Charges were filed March 24 in connection with an incident along the 5000 block of William Penn Highway.
• Jesse Ezykowsky, 37, of Derry with possession of heroin. The charge was filed March 25 in connection with an incident along the 4700 block of William Penn Highway.
• Tamika M. Bradshaw, 38, of Wilkins with making an unsworn falsification to authorities. The charge was filed March 30 in connection with an incident along the 3700 block of William Penn Highway. Editor's note: The charges against Bradshaw were dismissed.
• Kevin Oswald Fowler, 27, of Pitcairn with possession of drugs with intent to deliver, possession of methamphetamine and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed March 30 in connection with an incident along the 2700 block of Mosside Boulevard.
• Thomas P. O’Brien, 70, of Monroeville with driving on the right side of the roadway, driving without a license and two DUIs. Charges were filed March 30 in connection with an incident at the intersection of Tilbrook and Pitcairn roads.
