Theft, firearms cases among recent Monroeville police investigations

Monroeville police filed the following charges Jan. 23 to Feb. 2 in District Judge Jeffrey L. Herbst’s office:

• Diana Litzinger, 39, of Monroeville with simple assault. Charges were filed Feb. 2 in connection with an incident along the 3900 block of Monroeville Boulevard.

• Joseph Ruiz, 51, of Monroeville with simple assault. Charges were filed Feb. 2 in connection with an incident along the 3900 block of Monroeville Boulevard.

• Timothy Williams-Thomas, 31, of Turtle Creek with driving with a suspended license, theft by unlawful taking, harassment, terroristic threats and unauthorized use of a vehicle. Charges were filed Jan. 28 in connection with an incident along the 400 block of William Penn Highway.

• Anthony Biondo, 42, of McKeesport with defiant trespasser. Charges were filed Jan. 30 in connection with an incident along the 1400 block of Stonecliffe Drive.

• Nicole Henkel, 47, of Trafford with theft by deception and retail theft. Charges were filed Jan. 30 in connection with an incident along the 200 block of Mall Boulevard.

• Dijuan Taylor, 18, of McKeesport with receiving stolen property, carrying a firearm without a license. Charges were filed Jan. 23 in connection with an incident near the intersection of James Street and James Street Extension.

• Terrance Brush, 60, no address given with theft of services. Charges were filed Jan. 31 in connection with an incident along 3900 block of Monroeville Boulevard.

• Jordan Trowery, 34, of Verona with receiving stolen property. Charges were filed Jan. 29 in connection with an incident along the 300 block of Coleman Drive.
