‘Pink Shuttle’ set to sail for concert
The Gateway Clipper Fleet announced its “Pink Shuttle” schedule available for fans attending the upcoming Pink performance on Saturday.
Shuttle service will escort attendees beginning at 3 p.m. to and from the Pink concert Saturday at PNC Park.
Fans can sip on Pink-themed cocktails, available onboard for purchase.
Tickets are $15 for round trip, $8 for one-way and free for children 6 and under.
Future special shuttle events are scheduled for upcoming concerts at PNC Park for Guns N’ Roses on Aug. 18 and Morgan Wallen on Aug. 30-31.

Wildfire smoke returns to region
Smoke from ongoing Canadian fires will affect the Pittsburgh region Wednesday, according to the National Weather Service in Pittsburgh.
The sky could appear hazy from leftover wildfire smoke and haze, caused when winds out of the northwest from Canada, said NWS Meteorologist Bill Modzelewski.
“It’ll look like a milky white smoke appearance around 10,000 feet above the surface of the earth,” he said. “For (Wedneaday), it looks like the smoke will be more aloft and no air quality alerts have been issued.”
The smoke is expected to move out of the region beginning Friday because of a shift in the winds to the west.
Wednesday’s high is expected to be in the lower 80s with comfortable humidity levels and no precipitation in the forecast.
