Motorcyclist in critical condition after crash with bus in Homewood

A man is in critical condition after a crash involving a motorcycle and a bus in Homewood on Sunday afternoon.

Emergency crews responded to the crash at the intersection of Frankstown Avenue and Sterrett Street around 1:10 p.m.

First responders found the motorcycle driver unconscious in the street when they arrived. He was transported to a local hospital in critical condition.

The driver of the Access bus remained on the scene, authorities said.

There were no other injuries and an investigation is ongoing.
