Murrysville-area criminal charges filed, Jan. 28, 2021

The following charges are filed with Export District Judge Charles Conway. All persons charged have the right to a preliminary hearing and are innocent until proven guilty or pleading guilty before a judge in the Westmoreland County Court of Common Pleas.

• Jessica L. Cochran, 45, of Jeannette with possession of a prohibited offensive weapon, drug possession, drug paraphernalia and related traffic counts after a Jan. 7 traffic stop on Route 66.

• Allison A. Kacin, 46, of Murrysville with driving under the influence after a Jan. 15 incident at Sheetz on Route 22.

• David K. Brentzel, 55, of Irwin, with driving under the influence, accidents involving damage and careless driving, after a Jan. 7 crash at the intersection of Huntingdon Street and Station Street.

• Sherri L. Ejzak, 49, of Export with drug possession, drug paraphernalia and related traffic counts, after a Jan. 1 traffic stop on Mark Drive.

• Nicole A. Schweitzer, 34, of Norco, Calif., with driving under the influence, persons not to possess firearms, carrying an unlicensed firearm, possession of a small amount of marijuana and related traffic counts, after a Jan. 21 traffic stop on William Penn Highway.
