Vince Harding is the newest Export Borough councilman.
Harding was sworn in at council’s Jan. 8 meeting. He replaces Ed Persin, who resigned halfway through his first full term in November.
Harding will serve through 2019, and a two-year term will appear on the next primary election ballot.
