Here's how Murrysville's new voter precincts break down

When the Pennsylvania primary arrives next month, several thousand Murrysville voters will find themselves part of two new precincts, and figuring out which can be tricky.

The Newlonsburg and Sardis precincts — the two biggest in Westmoreland County — were broken into four parts. Murrysville political committee members were hoping the two new precincts would get new names to distinguish them, but the county elections office opted to number them.

“We could have this election in September and there’d still be a lot of confusion,” said Maury Fey, a member of the Murrysville Export Republican Committee. “Moving to June is going to help.”

According to the Westmoreland County Election Bureau, here is a breakdown of the new precincts and who will vote there.

Newlonsburg 1

These full streets are part of the Newlonsburg 1 precinct, which is at Murrysville Alliance Church, 4130 Old William Penn Highway:
