Oakmont officials modified borough building accessibility because of the covid-19 pandemic.

People will only be allowed inside the lobby of 767 Fifth St. between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. weekdays.

All who enter must wear masks.

People who need to drop off items at other times can utilize a drop box outside of the police station next to the office.

Business is preferred to be handled either via email or by calling 412-828-3232.

More information about borough office use can be found online at oakmontborough.com.

Plum Christmas event set

Christmas at Plum Creek is set for 5:30 to 9 p.m. on Dec. 3 at Plum Creek Park along New Texas Road.

Plum officials are finalizing plans and a vendor list.

Volunteers are wanted for the fifth annual event.
