No one was hurt in a fire at a Wilkinsburg apartment building Thursday night, according to Pittsburgh police.

Police could not say when the fire was first reported. The second alarm came in just after 10:45 p.m., and the third alarm was right before 11 p.m.

Firefighters were at the scene shortly before 11 p.m. The fire went to three alarms, police said.

Police said many of the apartments in the building were occupied, but could not say how many residents were affected by the fire. The Red Cross was providing help.

The cause of the fire was under investigation.
