Plenty of fresh ideas and advice on home improvement, decorating and landscaping projects will be offered at the North Hills Home Show, scheduled for April 22-24 at the North Park Sports Complex Hampton.
More than 150 exhibits and demonstrations and how-to clinics will educate and entertain visitors who are interested in information, advice and inspiration.
At noon on Sunday, home remodeling aficionado Andy Amrhein of Bethel Park will share advice on common home improvement projects, and at 2 p.m. gardening guru Doug Oster will reveal secrets of successful organic gardening.
Throughout the show, a Jewelry, Home Décor and Gem Sale will feature 6,000 square feet of sterling silver gemstone jewelry, crystals, minerals and fossils, items sourced from mines around the world and offered at prices well below regular retail.
Show hours are 3 to 8 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. Admission is free, compliments of show sponsors Dollar Bank and Just Pay Half.
