Kids can feed their fascination for fire trucks, cop cars and other public safety vehicles at a free event from 3 to 7 p.m. on Friday at The Block Northway in Ross.
Other activities include:

The Kids Safety event coincides with The Block’s weekly farmers market, which features locally produced fruits, vegetables, meats, eggs, fine spirits, flowers, coffee and honey. The I Made It Market offers a wide variety of unique, hand-crafted gifts.
The activities are held in the upper level of the shopping center’s south atrium.
