Veteran WPXI news anchor Peggy Finnegan’s home is on the market and contingent.

It was listed at $714,900.

The classic contemporary architectural style house on Ash Court in Marshall is owned by Finnegan, who announced her retirement after three decades in December 2020.

The Herbert custom home was built in 1989. It has four bedrooms and five bathrooms, according to a listing by Howard Hanna Real Estate Services.

The two story brick home has foyer that allows for plenty of natural light. An updated kitchen has a marble center island and leathered granite counters, high end appliances, including a Wolf stove and Sub-Zero refrigerator.

The family room features a wall of windows looking out to a spacious back yard with a gazebo and plenty of trees. The main level also has a den, dining room, and two-story living room.

The primary bedroom has a balcony, an en suite, and a walk-in closet. There is a finished basement with a game room on the lower level and a two-car attached garage.

Howard Hanna listing agent Kelly Cheponis and Finnegan declined to comment for this article.

Allegheny County property records show that Finnegan and her husband, Michael Donnelly, purchased the home in 1992.
