North Hills School District’s annual Homecoming took place the weekend of Oct. 1.

The first of the weekend activities was the North Hills Indians football game against the Fox Chapel Foxes. Before the game began, the Homecoming Court was announced, with Joe Frisco being named as King and Josie Brackman named Queen.

The Indians won, 38-6.

The weekend continued Saturday night with the Homecoming dance at North Hills Middle School gyms.

“Last year, our homecoming dance was held outdoors at Martorelli Stadium and while it ended up being a great night, we were happy to return to our middle school gyms this year, especially for our seniors since homecoming hasn’t been ‘normal’ for them since their freshman year in 2019,” said district activities director Chelle Zimmerman. “We had a great turnout, and it was so nice to see or students laughing, dancing, smiling and socializing with their friends.”
