Ross Township commissioners on Monday voted to appoint the following people to various volunteer boards, commissions and advisory groups:
• Zoning Hearing Board (one position, five-year term): Ronald Zangaro.
• Planning Commission (three positions, four-year terms): James Wigal, John Sample and Bridget Watson O’Brien.
• Vacancy Board (one position, one-year term): Walt Salachup.
• Fire Appeals Board (two positions, three-year terms): John Sponcer, William Likenheimer.
• Building Appeals Board (one position, three-year term): Jacob Roberts.
• Traffic Advisory Board (one position, through 2020): William Pfrommer.
• Equal Opportunity Board (five positions, various terms): Deanna Philpott, one-year term; Joshua Allenberg, two-year term; John Sucha, three-year term; Tobias Venar, four-year term; Melissa Fann, five-year term.
