Three Allegheny County pools will open June 4, the county parks department has announced

The Boyce Park Wave Pool, North Park Swimming Pool, and Settlers Cabin Park Wave Pool will open for the June 4, the Allegheny County Parks Department announced.

The South Park Wave Pool is undergoing concrete and other maintenance work and will have a delayed opening. Once a date for opening is set, it will be announced.

Daily hours of operation are 11:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., weather and conditions permitting. Concessions will also be open.

Admission for Allegheny County residents is 60 and older is $3 a day and $4a day for nonresidents; $6 a day for county residents aged 18-59 and $8 for nonresidents; $5 a day for residents aged 6-17 and $6 for nonresidents, and a dollar a day for all children 5 and under.
