Charges filed with North Huntingdon District Judge Wayne Gongaware. All individuals have the right to a preliminary hearing and are innocent until proven guilty or pleading guilty before a judge in the Westmoreland County Court of Common Pleas.
• Dallas W. Creech, 43, of Greensburg, by North Huntingdon police with retail theft and receiving stolen property.
• Bruce Hubbard, 63, of Wilkinsburg, by North Huntingdon police with two counts each of retail theft, criminal trespass and receiving stolen property.
• Derek G. Byers, 32, of Irwin, by borough police with possession of drug paraphernalia.
•Christina D. Hall, 40, of Greensburg, by North Huntingdon police with retail theft, receiving stolen property, providing law enforcement with false identification and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Rachel L. Sapp, 42, of West Mifflin, by Irwin police with possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Marissa L. Crile, 36, of Amity, by North Huntingdon police with two counts each of theft by deception and receiving stolen property.
• Carl J. Matthews, 43, of North Versailles, by North Huntingdon police with theft by deception and receiving stolen property.
• Kevin E. Lynch, 51, of Irwin, by North Huntingdon police with possession of marijuana.
