Norwin area police blotter, week of Nov. 16

Clint H. Richter, 36, of Pittsburgh, by North Huntingdon police, with five counts of access device fraud, two counts of theft and one count of receiving stolen property for allegedly taking a woman’s credit card to obtain $1,570 from victim’s bank account. Charges filed before North Huntingdon District Judge Wayne Gongaware. Preliminary hearing set for Dec. 9.

Elizabeth M. Chambers, 36, of Mt. Pleasant, by Irwin police, with possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia and a small amount of marijuana for allegedly having 12 grams of suspected crystal methamphetamine, a glass pipe used to smoke substances and a small bag of marijuana, as a result of a traffic stop on 1oth Street. Charges filed with Gongaware and preliminary hearing scheduled for Jan. 20.

Gregg C. Huston, 42, of LaBelle, by Irwin police, with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, for allegedly having a bag of suspected crystal methamphetamine and plastic bags with suspected methamphetamine residue, as a result of a traffic stop on Tenth Street. Charges filed before Gongaware and preliminary hearing set for Jan. 20.

John A. Kramer, 29, of Irwin, by Irwin police, with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, for allegedly having a stamp bag of heroin and a Chore Boy wire used in smoking crack cocaine, during a traffic stop on Oak Street. Charges filed before Gongaware and preliminary hearing set for Jan. 13.

Sadae M. Young, 26, of Braddock, by Irwin police, with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, for allegedly having two stamp bags of heroin and two crack cocaine pipes and a Chore Boy, during a traffic stop on Oakmont Street. Charges filed with Gongaware and preliminary hearing scheduled for Jan. 20.
