Former Oakmont Councilwoman Carrie Lewis DelRosso was recently sworn in to her state House seat.

The Republican challenger defeated the Democratic incumbent, House Minority Leader Frank Dermody, in the November election.

DelRosso, R-Allegheny/Westmoreland, represents the 33rd District.

“The seriousness of the work I have been given to accomplish for residents of the 33rd District truly struck me as I took the oath of office,” Lewis said. “It’s an enormous responsibility that I will work every day to meet. The faith voters put in me is more motivating than I imagined.”

More information about DelRosso is available at repcarrielewisdelrosso.com.
