Assault, drug cases among those recently handled in Judge DeLuca’s Penn Hills court - Oct. 29, 2019
Penn Hills District Judge Anthony L. DeLuca handled the following cases recently. Defendants will have court dates set in Allegheny County Common Pleas Court. Charges were filed by Penn Hills police unless otherwise noted.
Held for court
• Matthew Lenart, 34, of Penn Hills on charges of possession of controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence. Charges were filed Aug. 6.
Waived preliminary hearings
• Lashawna Stubbs, 32, of Braddock on two counts of simple assault. Wilkins police filed the charges Oct. 21, 2018.
• Lisa Marshall, 54, of Penn Hills on charges of providing false identification to law enforcement. Charges were filed Sept. 28.
