Assault, drug cases among those recently handled in Judge DeLuca’s Penn Hills court
Penn Hills District Judge Anthony L. DeLuca handled the following cases recently. Defendants will have court dates set in Allegheny County Common Pleas Court. Charges were filed by Penn Hills police unless otherwise noted.
Held for court
• Natasha Lehman, 41, of Penn Hills on charges of theft by unlawful taking and identity theft. Charges were filed Nov. 18
• Rafael Medina III, 20, of Pittsburgh on charges of possession with intent to deliver, possession of marijuana and two counts of possession of controlled substances. Charges were filed May 11.
• Tevin Clark, 23, of Pittsburgh on charges of reckless driving, flight to avoid apprehension, fleeing or attempting to elude officer, driving with a suspended license, duties at stop sign, turning movements and required signals and driving at unsafe speeds. Charges were filed Aug. 12.
• Davaughn Howard, 30, no address given, on charges of open lewdness, possession of controlled substances, public drunkenness and two counts of indecent exposure. Charges were filed Sept. 16.
• Storm Marby, 20, of Pittsburgh on charges of fleeing or attempting to elude police, driving at unsafe speed and reckless driving. Charges were filed Oct. 13.
Waived preliminary hearings
• William Taylor, 38, of Pittsburgh on charges of driving with a suspended license. Charges were filed March 24.
• Antonio Herd, 32, of Penn Hills on charges of recklessly endangering another person, terroristic threats and two counts of simple assault. Wilkins police filed the charges June 5.
• Michelle Pusateri, 37, of Penn Hills on charges of indecent exposure, resisting arrest, ethnic intimidation, harassment, open lewdness, criminal mischief and two counts of aggravated assault. Charges were filed Oct. 6.
• Matthew Pajerski, 38, of Penn Hills on charges of simple assault, harassment and criminal mischief. Charges were filed Oct. 5.
