Assault, drug cases among those recently handled in Judge DeLuca’s Penn Hills court

Penn Hills District Judge Anthony L. DeLuca handled the following cases recently. Defendants will have court dates set in Allegheny County Common Pleas Court. Charges were filed by Penn Hills police.

Held for court

• Onarae Houser, 28, of New Kensington on charges of possession of controlled substances. Charges were filed June 29.

• Darcy Peoples, 49, of Verona on charges of burglary and theft by unlawful taking. Charges were filed Aug. 4.

• Ronald Day Sr., 72, of Butler on four counts of aggravated indecent assault of a child, three counts of unlawful contact with a minor, three counts of indecent assault of a person less than 13 years of age and three counts of corruption of minors. Charges were filed Oct. 5.

• Jordan Fisher, 20, of Penn Hills on charges of terroristic threats and harassment. Charges were filed Oct. 28.

Waived preliminary hearings

• Jamal Childs, 32 of McKeesport on charges of flight to avoid apprehension, escape and providing false identification to law enforcement. Charges were filed July 21, 2018.

• Delano Golden, 60, of Pittsburgh on charges of driving with a suspended license, operating a vehicle without a valid inspection and evidence of emission inspection. Charges were filed Jan. 28.

• Kristie Robshaw, 30, of Verona on charges of possession of controlled substances, driving without a license and turning movements and required signals. Charges were filed May 13.

• William Barnhardt, 55, of Monroeville on charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license, disregard traffic lane and careless driving. Charges were filed June 19.

• Jazzmone Johnson, 33, of McKeesport on charges of possession of weapon, simple assault and driving with a suspended license. Charges were filed June 30.

• Anthony Stuthers, 26, of Verona on charges of simple assault and harassment. Charges were filed July 17.
