Assault, drug cases among those recently handled in Judge DeLuca’s Penn Hills court - May 6, 2019
Penn Hills District Judge Anthony L. DeLuca handled the following cases recently. Defendants will have court dates set in Allegheny County Common Pleas Court. Charges were filed by Penn Hills police unless otherwise noted.
Held for court
- Dinisha Smith, 38, of Pittsburgh on charges of retail theft, tampering with physical evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia. Wilkins Township police filed the charges Dec. 11.
- Cameron Stover, 27, of Sarver on charges of possession of controlled substances. Charges were filed March 14.
- Stephen Sullivan, 34, of Pittsburgh on charges of criminal conspiracy, possession with intent to deliver, possession of controlled substances and possession of drug paraphernalia. Wilkins Township police filed the charges April 6.
- Jason Holder, 47, of Pittsburgh on charges of criminal conspiracy, possession with intent to deliver, possession of controlled substances and possession of drug paraphernalia Wilkins Township police filed the charges April 6.
Waived preliminary hearings
- Jarelle Fleming, 32, of Glassport on charges of simple assault and harassment. Charges were filed July 5.
- Jordan Thomas, 19, of Verona on charges of endangering the welfare of children. Charges were filed Oct. 8.
- Michael Gordon Jr., 32, of Irvington, NJ on charges of driving under the influence and driving at unsafe speed. Charges were filed Dec. 17.
- Cruize Mosley, 28, of Penn Hills on charges of fleeing or attempting to elude officer and resisting arrest. Charges were filed Jan. 20.
- Marc Jones, 33, of Pittsburgh on charges of providing false reports, operating a vehicle with unsafe equipment and disorderly conduct. Wilkins Township police filed the charges April 3.
