Daniel Recklein, 34, of Penn Hills on charges of simple assault, strangulation and harassment. Charges were filed March 13.Waived preliminary hearings
Harold Shekels, 30, of Swissvale on charges of making a U-turn unsafely, turning movements without required signals, four counts of possession of controlled substances and four counts of possession with intent to deliver. Charges were filed Oct. 4. Anthony Christmas, 40, of Pittsburgh on charges of driving under the influence, improper left turn and careless driving. Wilkins police filed the charges Feb. 28. Chawron Henley, 46, of Duquesne on charges of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, possession of instruments of a crime and criminal mischief.
