District Court: Drug, DUI charges among those handled in Judge DeLuca’s Penn Hills court Aug. 30, 2021

Penn Hills District Judge Anthony L. DeLuca handled the following cases recently. Defendants will have court dates set in Allegheny County Common Pleas Court. Charges were filed by Penn Hills police unless otherwise noted.

Held for court

• Duane Faulk, 49, of Verona on charges of accident involving damage to attended vehicle/property, driving with a suspended license, operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility and failure to stop and give information or render aid. Charges were filed June 29.

• Andreas Goatierez, 43, of Penn Hills on charges of terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment. Charges were filed May 15.

• Ebony Massey, 40, of Pittsburgh on charges of obstructing administers of the law. Wilkins police filed the charges July 8.

• Devaughn Wilson, 27, of Pittsburgh on charges of simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, possession of a weapon and two counts of aggravated assault. Charges were filed July 9.

• Kiah Evans, 31, of Penn Hills on charges of driving under the influence, driving without a license, operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility and reckless driving. Charges were filed July 18.

• Larry Doggett, 21, of Penn Hills on charges of theft by unlawful taking and driving without a license. Wilkins police filed the charges Aug. 14.

Waived preliminary hearings

• Tariq Long, 30, of Verona on charges of resisting arrest, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving with a suspended license and fleeing or attempting to elude officer. Charges were filed April 5.

• Nathan Brown, 25, of Vanderbilt on charges of driving under the influence and restrictions on alcoholic beverages. Wilkins police filed the charges June 7.

• Jamie Bright, 33, of Homestead on charges of driving without a license, driving under the influence and vehicle turning left. Charges were filed June 8.

• Peter Consentino Jr., 55, of Verona on charges of possession of instruments of a crime, three counts of terroristic threats, three counts of simple assault, three counts of recklessly endangering another person and three counts of harassment. Charges were filed June 12.

Consentino went before the judge on another case. He waived a preliminary hearing on charges of intimidating witness, indecent exposure and defiant trespass. Charges were filed June 23.

• Justin Seman, 25, of Irwin on charges of driving under the influence. Charges were filed June 24.
