DUI, drug cases among those recently handled in Judge DeLuca’s Penn Hills court

Penn Hills District Judge Anthony L. DeLuca handled the following cases recently. Defendants will have court dates set in Allegheny County Common Pleas Court. Charges were filed by Penn Hills police unless otherwise noted.

Waived preliminary hearings

• Arthur Jones-Beasley, 26, of Pittsburgh on charges of receiving stolen property, theft from a motor vehicle, access device fraud, criminal conspiracy, criminal mischief, defiant trespasser and prohibited acts. Charges were filed April 16.

• Eric Kurtanic, 49, of Plum on charges of improper class of license, driving under the influence, driving without a license, driving with a suspended license and failure to keep right. Charges were filed May 2.

• Ryan Trosch, 37, of Plum on charges of possession of controlled substances. Charges were filed July 29.
