DUI, drug cases among those recently handled in Judge DeLuca’s Penn Hills court – Jul. 29, 2019

Penn Hills District Judge Anthony L. DeLuca handled the following cases recently. Defendants will have court dates set in Allegheny County Common Pleas Court. Charges were filed by Penn Hills police unless otherwise noted.

Held for court

• Ronald Wilson, 42, of Pittsburgh on charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and improper entering into an intersection. Charges were filed April 30.

• Aaron Wilner, 48, of Dravosburg on charges of firearms not to be carried without a license, possession of offensive weapons, possession of controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia and no rear lights. Duquesne police filed the charges May 31.

• Stephan Coleman Jr., 42, of Pittsburgh on charges of possession of firearm prohibited, firearms not to be carried without a license, two counts of simple assault and two counts of recklessly endangering another person. Charges were filed July 7.

• William Hicks, 24, of Pittsburgh on charges of defiant trespass. Charges were filed Feb. 20.

• Joseph Pryor, 26, of Verona on charges of tampering with physical evidence, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed July 18.

Waived preliminary hearings

• Geonte Turner, 23, of Pittsburgh on charges of terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment. Charges were filed Nov. 25.

• David Harman II, 28, of White on charges of possession of controlled substances and possession of drug paraphernalia. State Attorney General’s Office filed the charges May 17.

• Robert Thiem, 56, of Pittsburgh on charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and reckless driving. Wilkins police filed the charges May 30.

• Aquil Khan, 20, of Turtle Creek on charges of theft by failure to make required disposition of funds. Charges were filed May 31.
