DUI, theft cases among those recently handled in Judge DeLuca’s Penn Hills court - Feb. 6, 2019
Penn Hills District Judge Anthony L. DeLuca handled the following cases recently. Defendants will have court dates set in Allegheny County Common Pleas Court. Charges were filed by Penn Hills police unless otherwise noted.
Held for court
- Tara Gomez, 39, of Pittsburgh on charges of driving under the influence and careless driving. Charges were filed Oct. 6.
- Maurice Johnson, 19, of Penn Hills on charges of simple assault and harassment. Charges were filed Oct. 14.
Waived preliminary hearings
- Andrew Andros, 30, of McKeesport on charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and careless driving. Charges were filed Oct. 7.
- Shawn Donahue-Williams, 32, of Verona on charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and driving during a period of required lighted lamps. Verona police filed the charges Oct. 7.
- Richard Natale, 32, of Oakmont on charges of issuing statement under penalty and providing a materially false written statement. Verona police filed the charges Oct. 10.
- Nina Donofrio, 43, of Swissvale on two counts of theft by unlawful taking, two counts of access device used to obtain property/service and two counts of receiving stolen property. Wilkins police filed the charges Dec. 8.
- Vincent Scala, 39, of Monroeville on charges of possession of controlled substances and possession of drug paraphernalia. Wilkins police filed the charges Nov. 15.
- Tiffany Omalley, 44, of Verona on charges of driving under the influence. Charges were filed Aug. 26.
- Jonathan Ohm, 20, of Penn Hills on charges of receiving stolen property, fleeing or attempting to elude officers, possession of controlled substances, driving under the influence, improper pass, disregard traffic lane, careless driving, reckless driving, operating head lamps during hours of darkness and two counts of duties at stop sign. Charges were filed Jan. 1.
- Matthew Mort, 30, of Verona on charges of driving under the influence. Charges were filed Jan. 1.
- John Murphy, 46, of Murrysville on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of controlled substances. Charges were filed Jan. 29.
