Penn Hills District Judge Anthony L. DeLuca handled the following cases recently. Defendants will have court dates set in Allegheny County Common Pleas Court. Charges were filed by Penn Hills police unless otherwise noted.
Held for court
• Isaiah Goodwin, 20, of McKeesport on charges of driving with a suspended license, fleeing or attempting to elude officers, flight to avoid apprehension and two counts of theft by unlawful taking. Charges were filed April 11.
• Raymond Hill, 63, of North Versailles on charges of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and conspiracy. Wilkins police filed the charges Oct. 22.
• Mike Scott’El II, 38, of Pittsburgh on charges of theft by unlawful taking and theft of leased property. Charges were filed Feb. 27.
Waived preliminary hearings
• Jayquan Felder, 21, of Penn Hills on charges of receiving stolen property, flight to avoid apprehension, failure to stop at red signal, driving at unsafe speed, reckless driving, accident involving damage to unattended vehicle/property, no headlights and fleeing or attempting to elude officer. Charges were filed March 9.
• Arthur Gilmore Sr., 49, of Verona on charges of habitual offenders, driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving without a licesne. Verona police filed the charges March 18.
• Isaiah Morris, 24, of Verona on charges of aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of children. Charges were filed April 6.
• Jessica Urbanek, 29, of Verona on charges of driving under the influence. Charges were filed April 2.
• Mark Clements III, 19, of McKees Rocks on charges of fleeing or attempting to elude officers, resisting arrest, improper pass, careless driving, reckless driving, obstructed windows and two counts of failure to keep right. Charges were filed May 8.
Clements went before the judge on another case. He waived a preliminary hearing on charges of escape and flight to avoid apprehension. Charges were filed May 14.
