Milkweed giveaway at Penn Hills Community Garden

The Penn Hills Monarch and Milkweed Project plant giveaway will take place 2-4 p.m. June 4 at the Penn Hills Community Garden, 1162 Jefferson Road.

In an effort to help reverse the decline of the monarch butterfly population in North America, seedlings of butterfly weed, swamp milkweed and common milkweed will be given to Penn Hills residents.
