Easter egg hunt on tap

The Penn Hills Parks & Recreation will host a Easter Egg hunt April 3 at Penn Hills Community Park from noon to 3 p.m. The event is free to attend.

Each child will hunt for 10 prize eggs and will receive a treat bag containing crafts and snacks.

To comply with gathering restrictions, there will be three separate time slots: noon to 12:30 p.m., 1 to 1:30 p.m. and 2 to 2:30 p.m.

Space is limited, and registration is required. To register, call 412-798-2147 by March 31.

Anxiety management workshop slated

Sheep Inc Health Care Center, a free medical clinic in Penn Hills, is offering a free four-week virtual group workshop on managing anxiety. The workshops are Saturdays in March from 1 to 2 p.m.

Participants will be able to understand how stress and anxiety affect the body, the mind and the emotions. They will learn effective tools to manage anxiety with relaxation techniques and activities to elicit a relaxation response in the body for better overall health.

Networking for professional women
