Nadine Road between Allegheny River Boulevard and Lincoln Road in Penn Hills is closed due to a landslide.

Allegheny County Public Works officials said the slide occurred Friday afternoon.

It overturned a retaining wall and caused a portion of the road to collapse.

Officials plan to bring in a consultant to help determine what work will be needed to remediate the area and to ensure that the road is safe for vehicles.

There’s no word on when it would be repaired or reopened.

The same section of road was closed Thursday due to flooding following morning storms and was reopened later that evening.
