• Denise L. Konovich, 47, of Irwin, by Penn Township police with simple assault and harassment.
• Chad A. Pugliano, 44, of Monroeville, by Penn Township police with criminal attempt - theft of removable property.
• Cecil H. Foreman Jr., 43, of Pittsburgh, by Trafford police with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
