Amy Pampiks, director of human resources for Pine Township, is retiring after 18 years of service.

“She’s really helped me in my transition as the manager here. She’s guided me and helped me understand how Pine Township works,” township manager Jason Kratsas said.

Pampiks was recognized for her dedication to the township at the July 17 board of supervisors meeting. The board of supervisors presented her with a commemorative keepsake and thanked her for her hard work.

Pampiks will be replaced by Heather Lloyd, who had previously worked for Allegheny Health Network.

“It has been my pleasure to work with the township. I was a resident first and an employee second. Pine is a great place to work and people generally don’t leave after they get here, and there’s something to be said for that,” Pampkis said. “I’ve worked with really wonderful people, both past and present. I’m leaving the position in good hands with Heather. Keep up the good work everyone.”
