President’s List
Marissa Canzian of Gibsonia was recently named to the President’s List at Kennesaw State University. Canzian was among the more than 900 Kennesaw State students honored for academic excellence in the Summer 2020 semester. To be named to the President’s List, each student must have satisfactorily completed at least nine semester hours with a term grade point average of 4.0.
Library board opening

Women’s Business Network meetings
The Women’s Business Network’s mission is to provide personal and professional resources to advance the presence of aspiring and successful businesswomen. Local area meetings are being conducted in a virtual format and are open to local women professionals and entrepreneurs.
During the meeting, each member gets a 30-second commercial to talk about their business, with one member presenting a spotlight on their business, and one presenting a Table Topic on a subject of value to the membership.
The Cranberry Chapter meets on the first and third Thursday of each month at 7:30 a.m. The next meeting is Sept. 17. For more information, contact Nancy Wood at 724-316-3427.
