Pine-Richland directors approve personnel moves ahead of coming school year
The Pine-Richland School Board has approved bringing on and letting go teachers and other employees ahead of the coming school year.
Seven new hires and one reassignment are all effective Aug. 15. Pine-Richland students return to classes on Aug. 20.
Lynzee Gladziszewski was hired as a health and physical education teacher at Pine-Richland High School at a salary of $66,957. Alexandra Kravitz was hired as a gifted and talented enrichment teacher at Pine-Richland Middle School at a salary of $67,957.
As temporary employees, Joseph Quade was hired as a sixth grade teacher at Eden Hall Upper Elementary at a salary of $63,957. Elayna Clow was hired as a gifted and talented enrichment teacher at Hance and Richland elementaries at a salary of $64,957.
Support staff hired are paraprofessionals Juliana Cheung at the middle school and Amy Black-Stockham at Hance Elementary, each at $16.10 per hour. Jeanne Nindi was hired as a cafeteria monitor at Richland Elementary at $13.95 per hour.
Janel Kilpela, a part-time kindergarten teacher, was reassigned from Richland Elementary to Hance Elementary.
The board approved the resignations of two teachers and two paraprofessionals.
Elllisyn Mularski, a health and physical education teacher at the high school, resigned effective June 11. Rachel Zimmerman, a second grade teacher at Wexford Elementary, resigned effective July 10.
Kellie Young and Carole Killmeyer were both paraprofessionals at Hance Elementary. Young’s resignation was effective July 1; Killmeyer’s was effective July 21.
Long-term substitutes hired effective Aug. 15 are Isabella Narduzzi, kindergarten teacher at Wexford Elementary at $268 per day; Madison Holcomb, kindergarten teacher at Richland Elementary at $273 per day; Anna Bailey, second grade teacher at Wexford Elementary at $273 per day; Kellie Young, third grade teacher at Richland Elementary at $268 per day; Karen Simmons-Lunger, Spanish teacher at the high school at $268 per day; and Emma Krocheck, physics teacher at the high school at $268 per day.
