Police said the incident occurred at 12:34 a.m. on the 4000 block of Fifth Avenue in Oakland. The woman told officers an unknown man walked up to her, grabbed her hair, breasts and groin area then pushed her to the ground, according to the University of Pittsburgh’s police report.

The man took her bag of food and fled on foot westbound in the direction of Thackeray Street, police said.

Police described the suspect as a Black male, 5 foot 7 tall, medium build, some facial hair and wearing a multicolored windbreaker jacket and dark hat.

The victim reported no injuries, police said.
