The 10th Street Bypass between Ft. Duquesne Boulevard and 10th Street in Pittsburgh reopened to traffic Sunday morning, PennDOT District 11 has announced.
The section was closed Friday due to flooding along the Allegheny River.
On Saturday, PennDOT also reopened the “bathtub” area of the Parkway East and the southbound Parkway North, I-279, ramp from the Fort Duquesne Bridge to the eastbound lanes of the Parkway East.
Both of those sections also were closed due to flooding.
Motorists can check conditions on more than 40,000 roadway miles, including color-coded winter conditions on 2,900 miles, by visiting www.511PA.com.
