Two men were dropped off at a hospital after claiming they had been shot in Pittsburgh, according to city Public Safety officials.

City police said they responded to the hospital, which was not identified, around 3:50 p.m. Friday.

Munhall EMS and Southeast Regional EMS personnel were outside the hospital and saw the victims being dropped off from a private vehicle. Medics gave aid and escorted the victims inside, police said.

The victims told officers they were shot along the 1800 block of Bedford Avenue in Pittsburgh’s Hill District. One victim was shot in the arm, the second was shot in the arm and leg.

Anyone with information about the incident should contact Pittsburgh police at 412-323-7800.
