Police are searching for two suspects in connection to a drive-by shooting late Wednesday afternoon on a residential street in Pittsburgh’s Larimer neighborhood, officials said.

Officers responded to a ShotSpotter alert in the 6500 block of Rowan Street at about 5:50 p.m., Public Safety spokesman Maurice Matthews said.

They arrived to find broken glass and a shell casing on the street.

Officers learned of “a male who was reportedly shot at while driving on Rowan Street,” Matthews said.

Officers met with the injured male, who had a cut to his shoulder. His vehicle’s window was shattered.

Medics took the male to a nearby hospital, where he was in stable condition. His name and age were not released.

Police described the suspects as “a male and a female in a vehicle.” No further descriptions were provided.

No arrests had been made as of Wednesday night.
