Police: 2 teens expected to survive after being shot in Penn Hills

Two teenagers were expected to survive after being shot in Penn Hills , Allegheny County police said.

Police were called to the 8900 block of Eastwood Road at 8:10 p.m. Tuesday.

Officers found a 19-year-old man who had been shot in the head and leg, and a 17-year-old boy who had been shot in the right arm. They were both taken to unidentified hospitals and are expected to survive, police said.

A house, unrelated to the two victims, was also hit by gunfire. No one inside the house was hurt.

Police said they had no suspects and the motive for the shooting was unclear.
