Allegheny County community health clinics offering free covid-19 testing
Several Allegheny County community health clinics are offering free covid-19 testing.
Patients do not need a doctor’s referral to get tested, officials said. Anyone experiencing covid-19 symptoms should get tested.
Symptoms of covid-19 include cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.
