Allegheny County reported 37 additional covid-19 cases Monday, bringing the countywide total to 642.

County officials reported 53 new cases Sunday and 76 new cases Saturday.

That does not include four county residents who have died from complications related to covid-19.

The most recent deaths, reported this weekend, included a person in their 80s and another in their 90s.

In recent weeks, 92 people have been hospitalized. Allegheny County officials have not released details about how many of those people have been discharged or who have since recovered from covid-19.

Demographic information related to covid-19 cases that has been released includes a general age and gender breakdown, as well as a map showing where people with covid-19 live.

The cases are split about evenly between genders: 327 females and 315 males.

Of the county’s 642 total cases, the City of Pittsburgh continues to report the most cases, with 210, according to a heat map showing cases throughout the county.

That map does not include a breakdown of cases by city neighborhood or ZIP code.

Among other municipalities, the map showed McCandless had at least 20 cases; Mt. Lebanon and Shaler each had 13 cases; and Baldwin, Penn Hills and Richland each reported 12.
