A Brentwood woman with unknown medical issues was found dead in Bloomfield on Saturday, police said.

Barbara Ann Hahn, 55, was found unresponsive underneath the South Millvale Avenue Bridge around 3:45 p.m., according to the Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s Office.

Hahn was last seen around 9 a.m. Thursday, Brentwood police said.

Brentwood police said Hahn was dealing with multiple medical issues, and they were unsure if she had access to her medication. Police declined to say what those medical issues were.

Pittsburgh police are now handling the investigation, Brentwood police said.

Pittsburgh police said they responded to reports of a body next to the busway under the bridge around 5 p.m.

When officers arrived, they found Hahn’s body near the train tracks.

The cause and manner of Hahn’s death will come from the medical examiner’s office, Pittsburgh police said. The office had not yet released those details as of late Sunday morning.
