A Clairton man wanted in connection with a fatal shooting in the Oakland section of Pittsburgh early this month has turned himself in to authorities.

Devlin Clifford Jr., 20, allegedly killed Esam Tanzim Hossain, 23, of San Jose on April 1, according to Pittsburgh police.

Hossain was found shot in the head around 12:35 a.m. along the 300 block of Meyran Avenue.

No one else was hurt in the shooting incident, but police reported a vehicle was hit by gunfire.

Police said Clifford turned himself in Thursday after a warrant was issued for his arrest.

He is charged with homicide and criminal conspiracy, and remains in the Allegheny County Jail, according to court documents.

His preliminary hearing is set for June 19 in Pittsburgh Municipal Court.
