Cruisin’ Tikis Pittsburgh will resume cruises starting June 1, the company announced Monday.

Cruisin’ Tikis offers two-hour tours of the Point in Pittsburgh from the Allegheny, Monongahela and Ohio Rivers on 16-foot boats shaped like a tiki bar.

Passengers provide their own refreshments. In light of coronavirus restrictions, the company is no longer providing coolers, bagged ice or bottled water. Captains will practice social distancing whenever possible and wear protective masks while guests are aboard.

Cruisin’ Tikis said cleaning procedures have been updated in the guidance of health experts and authorities. Surfaces will be disinfected at start of each day and between all cruises.

“We want our guests to feel comfortable knowing that we have taken every precaution to keep them, their families, and their friends safe,” the company wrote on its website.

Patrons board on the North Shore near PNC Park. The company has added a second pickup location at the Landing and Marina at Station Square.
