A mandatory water conservation order in effect after more than 2 ½ hours in the city of Duquesne was lifted at 4 p.m., city police tweeted.

The order was put into effect at about 11 a.m. when an electrical problem was discovered at the McKeeport Water Treatment Plant that processes Duquesne’s water.
