Victim of East Liberty shooting Monday identified as Pittsburgh man, 37

A man who was shot to death Monday night in Pittsburgh’s East Liberty neighborhood has been identified as Norman Clarence Manuel, 37, of Pittsburgh, according to the Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s Office.

Manuel was shot in the chest around 6:30 p.m. in the 400 block of Enright Court.

When medics arrived, they found Manuel lying in the street. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

No arrests have been made.

Officials asked anyone with information about the incident to call Pittsburgh police at 412-323-7800.
